How can I pay?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
Packing and Shipping
I take the uptmost care in packing your artwork so that it arrives safe and sound. I ship First Class and/or Priority Mail via USPS. International orders are shipped via USPS, and are sent First Class or Priority depending on price.
If you need your artwork to arrive within a particular time frame, please message me and we will decide on the fastest and most economical method.
Artwork that is over $50 is insured to protect myself and the collector.
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after you place your order. If artwork was just completed at time of purchase, a drying/curing time may delay that by a few days to ensure it is protected when packed and shipped. (For example, the protective finish on a painting may require an extra day or two to ensure it is thoroughly dried).
Refunds
I do not offer refunds on artwork. I attempt to give my collectors detailed and accurate descriptions along with several photos during the shopping experience, and I am always willing to answer questions or provide more photos or information before a purchase. My art works are original pieces.
If an item is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the USPS who are very good at handling in a very timely manner.
Gift Items
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, you have the option to message me if you would like the gift shipped directly to the recipient. I can also do special wrapping and gift cards for those purchases for a small additional fee. This upgrade is listed in the Gallery Shop.
