Mala Bead Meditations Original Painting on Canvas 8x8

"Mala Bead Meditations" is an Original Painting that depicts one of the beautiful ways of meditating, here using a traditional "mala". A traditional mala has 108 beads, sometimes with a "guru" or focal bead and sometimes with special marker beads. When meditating with a mala, the beads are moved through the hand, one by one repetitively. Often a mantra will be recited during the practice such as Om Mani Padme Hum. (Bracelet or smaller malas are made with 54 or 27 beads - increments of the 108)

In this painting, the prayerful person is holding their mala, moving through their repetitions. The painting was created with Acrylics on Canvas that measures 8 inches x 8 inches. It is signed on the front, signed and titled on the back, and sealed with a matte finish. Gallery wire is installed on the back making it Ready to Hang.
