Gnome OOAK Art Doll with Toadstool Purse named Rowan Thistledown

Only 1 left in stock

Rowan Thistledown is an expert wildcrafter and dedicated helper in her community.  In fact when she goes out every morning to gather in the forest it takes her three times longer to return home because she stops to spend time with the neighbors that she meets along the way. You could often spot her helping out in a neighbor's garden, hanging laundry, baking honeycakes, making Mead,  reading to children,  or mending clothes. She never minds offering the time, in fact she plans for it.

Rowan is an OOAK (original one of a kind)  Gnome Art Doll created from Felt and Clay. Her face is an original sculpt of clay, painted with Acrylics,  and sealed with a matte finish. Her hair is long brown fibers pulled back in a low ponytail. She wears a tall red Gnome hat, adorned with a small purple flower. Her body was hand stitched with embroidery thread on beige felt. She wears a long dark brown skirt and green tunic vest with pockets that closes with a wooden flower button. Fushia dried flowers are in her right pocket. Burnt orange fibers create a scarf tied off on the side and embellsished with a green gemstone bead. She carries a handmade red and white felt Toadstool purse.

She has a buttoned loop at the back of her hat that can be used to display her as Wall Art. She can also be displayed in a seated position.

Rowan measures 20 inches in height x 6 inches in width.
